Sydney Full Time Administration and Customer Service
 

About the Role

Reporting to the Office Manager, the right candidate will be a committed office all rounder, responsible for office administration, data entry and most importantly customer service. This role offers a mix of computer skills and face to face responsibilities some of which include:
 

  • Great customer service - the right candidate is committed to helping our customers achieve their goals. Answering phones, replying to emails and meeting face to face in our Sydney Showroom.
     
  • Tech doesn’t scare you. You’re great at tech or, at the very least, you know that Google may have the answer to anything. Ideally, you’ll have some experience with MS Office. But even if you don’t, you know you can master it quickly with the right training.
     
  • Hard working. You don’t mind doing things outside of your role description. That means you are happy to do high level tasks, but are also perfectly fine about photocopying or posting the mail. We work as a team, and there is no room for ego here.
     
  • Communication is key. Your written and spoken communication skills are outstanding, and you know how to ask the right questions to get the answers you need. You have excellent English language skills, amazing attention to detail and shudder when you see a typo.
     
  • Seeking a long-term, stable role. We pride ourselves on our culture. The right candidate will be happy to grow with our business and understand their role may move in line with business growth.
     
  • Organised and systematic. You have experience in administration and are the sort of person who loves everything in its place. You are systems-oriented and are always looking for ways to streamline processes.
     
  • A great attitude. And a sense of humour. We enjoy Friday afternoon Vinos and just sometimes (our office dogs) will get tangled in the legs of your chair. You can take it all in your stride and, importantly, don’t get offended if things don’t always go to plan in life.

Sydney Full Time Warehouse Picker/Packer
 
As a key member of the CL&L team member, first and foremost, the right applicant will be committed to excellence in everything they do. A go-getter that can readily create rapport with people and work in a team environment.

About The Role

The Role

Reporting to the Warehouse and Logistics Manager the right candidate will be responsible for but not limited to the efficient operation of our warehouse facility in Wetherill Park in Sydney’s west. This is a hands-on role, and key responsibilities include:

  • Picking and packing orders
  • Checking consignments prior to dispatch
  • Receiving stock and storing away products around the warehouse
  • Heavy lifting involved in this role.
  • Forklift driving including high double-reach
  • De-stuffing shipping containers
  • General housekeeping
  • Adhoc projects as they occur

About you:

The person we are looking will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience to be considered for this fast-paced role.

  • Must have a double-deep reach forklift licence with recent experience
  • Must be fit and capable of heavy lifting (+30kg)
  • To be able to work quickly and efficiently
  • Understanding of Manual Handling procedures
  • Ability to work independantly and within a team
  • Friendly outgoing attitude, as regular customer contact is a daily occurence
  • Full Covid19 vaccination status is a requirement for this role

Sydney Permanent Full Time Junior Social Media Co-ordinator
 

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our marketing team as a junior social media co-ordinator and content creator.

 

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage the social media calendar

• Scheduling and coordinating the daily content on all social media platforms during the day, evenings and weekends.

• Respond to social media inbox

• Develop engaging online content including static posts, videos, graphics, and blogs

• Report on Social media engagement on all posts, blogs, videos and content success

• Help develop the communications plan with the marketing team

• Keeping abreast of new social media sites, web technologies, and digital marketing trends

• Create multiple targeted eDMs a week

• Work alongside the marketing team on creative strategy

 

The Ideal Candidate:

Sydney Permanent Full Time Purchasing Administrator

We are seeking an ambitious and versatile individual to join our purchasing/buying team as a purchasing administrator with high attention to detail and the ability to work closely with various teams across the company.


The role is responsible for:

· Compiling purchase orders and management of creditor payment terms

· Maintaining inventory records and data entry

· Corresponding with overseas suppliers (predominantly China and India)

· Management of production lead times including direct contact with on forwarders and warehouse operations

· Coordination of third party quality inspections

· Supporting the buying team with day to day tasks and procedure improvements

· Keeping abreast of the current shipment terms and procedures

· Providing support to our sales and administration team as required

 

The ideal candidate will:

· Be organised and efficient

· Have a great attitude

· Be adaptable

· Have the ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Be a motivated self-starter with an eye for detail


Your Skills:

· Good written and verbal communication skills

· Experienced and knowledgeable in exporting/importing (eg. payment terms)

· Excellent office administration experience

· Competent using Microsoft Office software

· Excellent time management and organisational skills
