Ordering Process
We encourage all orders and quotes to be placed online.
Payment can be made securely via our website or upon confirmation of order.
Orders must be confirmed with full payment within 5-7 working days before stock is released.
We are currently unable to warehouse stock.
Freight and Delivery
Freight calculated on the website is by individual cubic meter of products to your postcode as a drop to door service.
Additional charges will incur for any delivery services outside of this including White Glove Services.
White Glove Service includes Unpacking of stock and rubbish removal, not assembly of products.

Our domestic shipping calculator means you are able to calculate the freight of your individual product online on the product page or in your Shopping Cart by entering the postcode.

In the current environment, we suggest purchasing these items quickly to avoid disappointment.
For your favourite items that are out of stock, our sales team and website will always strive to keep you as up to date as possible with expected delivery dates. We encourage pre-payment to secure your backorders. Items on order require a 50% deposit to secure stock upon arrival into our Sydney Warehouse. In this current climate shipping delays may incur. We will endeavour to keep you informed on delays, you will be contacted via email by your sales team member to discuss your options.
Deposits are fully refundable to the payment method purchased with.
