Terms and Conditions: July Warehouse Event $500 Giveaway

1. The Promoter The promoter is Cafe Lighting & Living (ABN: 58 709 938 005), located at 1048 Canley Vale Road Wetherill Park, NSW, Australia.

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

3. Promotion Period

  • The Promotion commences on 07/07/2026 at 12:00 AM AEST and closes on 25/0/2026 at 12:30 PM AEST

4. How to Enter To enter the Promotion, entrants must:

  • Initial Entry: Register for the July Warehouse Event via the official landing page at https://www.cafelightingandliving.com.au/page/104/july-warehouse

  • Bonus Entries (Referrals): Entrants will receive a unique referral link upon registration. For every new, unique, and eligible individual who successfully registers for the event using the entrant's unique referral link, the referring entrant will receive one (1) additional bonus entry into the draw.

  • There is no limit to the number of bonus entries an entrant can accumulate via valid referrals.

  • Any use of bots, fake email addresses, or fraudulent methods to generate referrals will result in immediate disqualification.

5. The Prize

  • There is two (2) prizes to be won, consisting of a $500 (AUD) Cafe Lighting & Living Store Credit / Gift Voucher.

  • The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.

  • The prize must be used within 3 months of the issue date. Any unused balance will not be refunded.

6. Prize Draw

  • The winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

  • The draw will take place at 12:45pm on 25 July 2026 at the Promoter's address.

7. Notification of Winner

  • The winner must be present to claim the prize on the day.

  • If the prize remains unclaimed, a redraw will take place at the same time and location as the original draw.

8. Privacy

  • By entering this Promotion, entrants consent to the Promoter collecting their personal information for the purpose of conducting the Promotion.

  • Entrants also consent to receiving promotional and marketing communications from the Promoter. Entrants can opt out of these communications at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any email.

9. General

  • The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Promoter's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.

  • This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or any other social media platform used to share the referral link.
