1. Promoter: The promoter is CAFE LIGHTING & LIVING, located at 1048 Canley Vale Road, Wetherill Park, NSW, 2164.
2. Eligibility: Entry is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years or over. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
3. Competition Period: The competition commences at the time of the announcement post and closes at 2:00 PM AEST on Friday, 8th May 2026.
4. How to Enter: To be eligible for the draw, entrants must:
• Follow @cafelightingandliving on Instagram.
• Like the official competition post.
• Tag a "deserving woman" in the comments section. One tag equals one entry. Entrants may enter as many times as they like with unique tags.
• Bonus Entry: Share why the tagged person is amazing in the comments and share the post to your Instagram Story.
5. Invalid Entries: Fraudulent entries or the use of automated entry software will result in disqualification. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
6. Prizes:
• Grand Prize: The Complete Luxury Collection (Wentworth Bar Cart, Demi Storage Ottoman, Lustre Oil On Canvas Painting, Kirkwall Floor Lamp, and Aries Vase Set).
• Runner-Up Prizes (2 x Winners): Each receives an Aries Marble Vase Set and a $300 CAFE LIGHTING & LIVING Gift Voucher.
• Total Prize Pool Value: $5,620.00.
7. Prize Conditions: Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. In the event that a prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal or greater value, subject to state regulations.
8. Winner Selection & Notification: Winners will be selected at random using a digital selection tool. Winners will be notified via Direct Message (DM) on Instagram by the official @cafelightingandliving account no later than Monday, 11th May 2026.
9. Claiming Prizes: If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 5 working days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw to award the prize to the next valid entry.
10. Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, or for any technical malfunctions that may inhibit entry.
11. Privacy & Marketing: By entering, you consent to the Promoter collecting your personal information for the purpose of conducting this competition and for future marketing purposes. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
